Job Description

As an expert in infrastructure technology, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.

You will work remotely and onsite to ensure the smooth operation of services running on different platforms.

Your responsibilities will include hardware and software support, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and troubleshooting at L1 and L2 levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration and experience with Backup and Recovery Systems.

  • Proficiency in SAN Administration is a must.
  • Experience with Backup and Recovery Systems is highly desirable.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAN Administration is required.

Applicants should have a solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
