**Job Title:**  Digital Infrastructure Manager

Project Role : Digital Infrastructure Manager
Project Role Description : Oversee the design, build and configuration of digital applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Must have skills : Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
Good to have skills : Strong understanding of application architecture and deployment processes., Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues., Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud computing., Familiarity with ITIL framework for service management.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design and development of digital infrastructure projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Implement best practices for digital infrastructure deployment.

**Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework for service management.

**Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
