Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Technology Operations Support role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of our systems while adhering to best practices for service delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives in line with organizational standards and delivery methods. Collaboration with various teams will be crucial to driving operational excellence and successful technology initiatives.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Influence and advise teams on technical and operational decisions.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and strategic decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to build and enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor implemented solutions, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
  • A strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
