Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Providing technical support for both hardware and software products, including installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Creating technical documentation for internal and external use
  • Assisting with the testing and implementation of new systems and technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Tech Support Specialist, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
