Job Title: System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical business systems.

In this dynamic role, you will act as software detectives, providing a proactive service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of our business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the efficient operation of applications vital to our business functions.

You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application support.
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement best practices for application support.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
  • Desirable skills: Experience with job scheduling and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution techniques.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
  • This position is based at our office location.
  • A full-time education qualification is required.
