Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services for our business systems. As a software detective, you will identify and resolve issues within various components of critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform tasks and become an SME
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement

In this role, you will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyze system performance, and ensure that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place.

This position requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS, experience with cloud migration strategies and tools, and familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. Additionally, you should have experience in scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS and a 15-year full-time education are required. This role is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
