Offline Marketing Lead

The ideal candidate will spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and interschool competitions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, and community outreach programs.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
    • Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective marketing collateral.
    • Align marketing efforts with digital campaigns through collaboration with digital marketing teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track ROI on events and channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
    • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
    • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
