Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers to execute successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Identification and Research: Utilize data-driven methods to identify influencers who align with our brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Building and Outreach: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email or social media.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favourable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations, including deliverables and exclusivity.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's messaging and values.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the duration of influencer campaigns, analysing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
