Brand Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Utilize market insights, networking, and creative outreach to identify and research potential brand leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop tailored sales pitches and strategies to ensure every conversation is impactful.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights for improving business operations and client relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage your pipeline to ensure steady sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to brand needs quickly.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
