Centre Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and execution of centre outreach initiatives to boost business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact between centres and HO departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Support daily operations at designated centres, coordinating with HQ and various functions as needed.
- Direct supervision of sales and marketing staff at assigned centres through Centre Business Heads or Partners.
- Ensure all centre sales teams report directly to this role.
- Promote business expansion through targeted school outreach, BTL activities, marketing strategies, and seminars within defined territories.
- Regular site visits to allocated centres as required for hands-on support and guidance.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
