Job Overview:

Global Shared Services Centre Order Fulfillment Role

This position plays a critical role in the order fulfillment and account management process for our India market. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Credit and Collections, to deliver exceptional service from order acceptance to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Booking: Daily booking of customer purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Order Management: Management of orders through the system, addressing associated queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Purchase Order Validation: Validation of purchase orders, checking product availability, and compliance with company policies to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Collaboration: Collaboration with key departments on order backlog and prioritization to ensure efficient order processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Email Purchase Orders Processing: Email purchase orders processing through Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Order Retrieval: Retrieval of orders from partner portals and processing into SAP, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pricing Verification: Pricing verification against customer contracts or approved discount matrices to ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Product Availability: Verification of product availability to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Discretionary Prioritization: Discretionary prioritization of product allocations when supply is limited, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Inside Sales Support: Providing inside sales support, including interfacing with Customer Master Data, Credit, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer Returns: Processing customer returns and credit note requests, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times, providing clear and concise information.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting customer issues, using analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems efficiently.
