Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team. As an experienced AR specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing: Generate and process invoices accurately, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments from clients, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and address billing inquiries.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are addressed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging to inform management about outstanding balances.
  • Collections: Initiate collections efforts, sending reminders and statements, and escalate as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
