Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outreach Marketing Associate to play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Influencers: Identify potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with our brand's target audience and values.
  • Build Relationships: Build relationships with influencers and their management teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Influencer Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, meeting brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables, to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track performance using analytics tools, analyzing key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Insights: Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for future campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software, with a creative approach to digital marketing and social media.
