Web Content Manager

As a skilled Web Content Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the website's performance, security, and uptime. You will also manage product listings, content updates, and promotions to ensure a seamless user experience.

About the Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize website performance, security, and uptime.
  • Manage product listings, content updates, and promotions.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations: cart, checkout, payments, logistics.
  • Implement SEO strategies and track performance with analytics tools.
  • Provide reports on traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT/hosting providers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Web Development / Digital Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of experience in website/e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script.
  • Strong grasp of SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently & autonomously.
