- Reviews daily reports to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Strives to Improve Service Performance:
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Empowers team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manages the Guest Experience:
- Resolves guest-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Develops strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conducts regular inspections to maintain high service standards.
- Assists Human Resources Activities:
- Participates in investigations of employee and guest incidents.
- Observes and provides feedback on employee performance.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements changes.
