Job Description

Ababil Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling medical devices to corporate and private sector hospitals in the region of Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with departmental and technical decision makers in hospitals
  • Identify potential key accounts and generate new leads
  • Create business and territory plans for assigned accounts
  • Work with sales leaders and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
  • Provide training to account team members on strategy and product offerings
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in ICU products sales and operation theater product sales
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a medical device sales representative or similar role
  • Familiarity with complete sales cycle, CRM, market knowledge, ICU & OT products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
