Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

You will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Requirements:
