We are seeking an experienced Receivable Officer to manage and oversee the receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers.

This role is ideal for individuals with 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections.

  • Responsibilities include managing the branch's receivable portfolio, developing effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow, and collaborating with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.
  • The successful candidate will also analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
