Job Overview

COOLDECK Industries Private Limited is a leading manufacturing and services company based in Mumbai with operations in Daman. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resource management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and collaborating with mid-management and supervisors to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our organization.

We offer a competitive salary package for this role, estimated to be around ₹45 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a base salary of ₹35 lakhs along with additional benefits and allowances. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source and evaluate candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications to select the best-fit candidates
- Negotiate offers, finalize employment contracts, and onboard new employees
- Provide ongoing support to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and addressing any concerns or issues

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools
