Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our team as a Finance Project Analyst. The primary focus of this role will be to monitor IT spending, evaluate efficiency, and develop frameworks for project management within the IT department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, project management, and with a keen ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and tracking IT spending across various projects and departments, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
  • Conducting regular assessments of IT expenditures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with IT leadership and project managers to develop and implement project management frameworks that optimize resource allocation and improve project delivery.
  • Creating financial models and forecasts to support decision-making related to IT investments, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
  • Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT spending and project efficiency.
Requirements:
  • MBA / CA / CMA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
