Project Management Expert

Job Description:

As a seasoned project management professional, you will oversee the execution of water supply and irrigation projects. Your expertise will drive the success of these initiatives by ensuring timely completion, resource allocation, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  2. Plan and manage resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted performance.
  3. Prepare detailed budgets and manage projects according to plan, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins.
  4. Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  5. Resolve complex issues, such as obtaining permissions from local authorities and executing quality control measures.
  6. Foster a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  7. Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, financial aspects, risk management, and strategic decisions.
  8. Possess knowledge of tender clauses, billing, department correspondence, and claims.
  9. Be well-versed in construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  10. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in water supply and irrigation project management.
  • BE/B.Tech/ME Civil degree.
