This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Development Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy
- Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)
- Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients
- Strong network of decision-makers across industries (preferred)
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
