Job Summary

  • As a Fashion Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotional activities and customer loyalty programs.
  • Promote the sale of accessories along with garments and upsell products to increase revenue.
  • Optimize inventory levels by identifying slow-moving stocks and taking timely action.
  • Contribute to weekly merchandising meetings to provide insights on sales trends and suggest improvements.
