Leading D2C brands seek a seasoned Creative Head/Creative Director to spearhead creative vision and drive brand storytelling across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and direct creative strategies for brand campaigns, TVCs, digital ads, and social media content.
  • Manage photoshoots and video productions, collaborating with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
  • Drive creative direction across performance marketing, social media, retention, and offline initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Creative Director or Creative Head in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or D2C brands.
  • Expertise in shoot direction and managing photography/videography processes.
  • Proven track record of handling brand campaigns, TVCs, social media content, and performance-driven creative work.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, retention strategies, and offline marketing creative.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Possession of a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
