We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Solutions Architect to spearhead development, support, and enhancement activities on the Quest/Dell IDM platform.

This is a key role in ensuring robust support for IDM-related systems and processes, with the opportunity to work on other integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support and production issue resolution for the IDM platform.
  • Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior technical staff and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Design and implement system improvements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for UAT and release management.
  • Ensure high-quality technical documentation and change control practices.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong IDM knowledge (Quest/Dell), including exception processing.
  • Proficiency in SQL, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Powershell, Angular, and C++.
  • Experience with MS-SQL Server, Oracle, WebServices, and LDAP.
  • Familiarity with Ikasan, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, and service desks.
  • Exposure to middleware solutions, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and software configuration management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in investment banking or financial services preferred.
  • Track record in IDM system implementation and support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
