Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to support our Director with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage communication, schedules, and priorities seamlessly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Handle communication, correspondence, and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support executive operations.
  • Organize office records, manage inventory, and oversee administrative tasks.
  • Take meeting minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Support event planning and act as a liaison between executives and teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
