Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cross-Border Expert to join our global team. As a key player in the project consulting process, you will leverage your expertise to drive business growth and success.

  • You will provide expert advice and detailed guidance on cross-border activities, both on land and off the coast, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Your responsibilities will include creating and managing project assignment concepts, consulting on business models, and identifying current and potential customers and their needs.
  • You will develop country concepts as well as customer-fitted concepts for projects, taking into account immigration, personal income tax, social security, and labor laws.
  • As a vital member of our team, you will conduct standard and modular trainings for different target groups related to various project consulting topics.
  • You will identify and understand risks associated with cross-border business activities and find solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Your expertise will be instrumental in creating project assignment concepts, including assignment types, permanent establishments, temporary hiring out of personnel, and multi-country sourcing projects.
  • You will collaborate with customers, internal partners, and experts to develop new assignment concepts and implement and review country-specific corporate tax feedback.

Your success will be grounded in:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in International Human Resources, Commercial Project Management, or Tax Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and social security.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build relationships, network, and foster collaboration across the organization and customers.
  • A team player who is flexible to work in a global team of experts.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional language skills (e.g., German) being a plus.
