Global Cross-Border Business Strategist

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of cross-border activities, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and manage project assignment concepts, providing expert guidance on business models and regulatory requirements.
- Drive country-specific strategies, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with immigration, personal income tax, social security, and labor laws.
- Identify key customers and develop tailored concepts to meet their needs, fostering long-term partnerships and growth.
- Provide consultation and support to stakeholders, considering company regulations and national/international legal frameworks.
- Design and deliver standard and modular training programs for various target groups, enhancing knowledge and skills on project consulting topics.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with cross-border business activities, developing cost-efficient solutions and ensuring business continuity.
- Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and experts to create new assignment concepts, driving innovation and growth.
- Implement and review corporate tax feedback, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Contribute fresh ideas and best practices on project consulting topics, sharing knowledge with customers and the global community.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in International Human Resources, Commercial Project Management, or Tax Consulting.
- Strong expertise in international tax, immigration, and social security laws and regulations.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams and customers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional language skills (e.g., German) highly valued.
