Job Title: Sales Operations Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the administration of Zoho CRM, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Zoho CRM to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement new Zoho modules/features as per business requirements and objectives.
  • Generate, customize, and share management information system reports on demand.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho CRM issues promptly, coordinating with support teams when necessary.
  • Update, modify, and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, automation, and fields based on team needs and best practices.
  • Support senior management with accurate and timely reporting for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Maintain data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM system.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-6 years) in Zoho CRM administration or management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and customization capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho reporting tools, especially management information systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues independently and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Zoho CRM certification preferred and any experience in integrating Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps or third-party tools.
