
Franchise Business Developer

The key objective of this role is to build and expand the franchise network through strategic partnerships, innovative sales techniques, and effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Network Expansion: Identify potential franchise partners, develop customized pitches tailored to each partner, negotiate terms and close franchise agreements.
- Pitching and Sales: Conduct meetings, presentations and discussions to address inquiries and concerns from potential partners.
- Onboarding and Integration: Act as the SPOC for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring all their queries are addressed.
- Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Reporting and Strategy: Provide regular updates to senior management on franchise acquisition progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of Franchise Model: Understanding of franchise model and motivation of a potential franchisee.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in Excel.
Experience:
- Franchise Sales, Development and Management Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in franchise sales, development and management in the retail sector.
- Track Record of Success: Proven track record of having developed master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities.
- Familiarity with Franchise Regulations: Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements.
