Key Responsibilities:

- Align franchisee expansion strategy with annual operating plan, executing well within timelines and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Build profitable franchise business models, training teams on effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Strategic thinker with execution focus, able to drive pan-India initiatives and innovate business models to improve profitability and partner satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Business Innovation:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities, informing business decisions and driving franchise growth.
- Innovate and enhance franchise business models to improve profitability and partner satisfaction, leveraging business intelligence and market trends.
