Job Summary:
We are seeking a proven Team Lead Business Development with a strong track record of driving revenue growth results-driven and strategic to lead initiatives that expand market presence, and forge strong client relationships. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing complex deal negotiations across key verticals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B sales or partnership development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Lead contract negotiations, deal structuring, and proposal development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Track and report on sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and present to senior leadership.
