Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, wealth management or financial services.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Providing inputs on a wide range of financial products including accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participating in client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
