**Investment Banking Role**

Position Overview: As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients with a focus on Asia deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise and gain exposure to various industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research, and company analysis within various sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital raising activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Post graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields, working on various transactions.
  • Solid understanding of various sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
