We are seeking a seasoned Digital Banking Expert to drive our digital transformation. This key role will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to enhance the overall digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Digital Channel Management: Oversee and optimize various digital channels, including online banking platforms, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through digital solutions.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance digital banking products and services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on enhancing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of digital banking platforms, conduct market research to identify emerging trends, and integrate new technologies to ensure seamless functioning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital channel management, customer experience enhancement, and product development.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
