Lead Design Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to spearhead the design and development of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of project landscapes and be able to articulate detailed design briefs that align with client vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
