We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive scalable revenue growth in our APAC Hospitality division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, recruitment, and customer success operations through data-driven strategy, process optimization, and technology enablement.
- Collect, analyze, and provide insights from sales and marketing performance data, marketing trends, customer satisfaction, financial data, etc., to increase efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders based across the APAC region.
- Provide business insights to management executives offering clear analysis of major revenue performance, showing revenue upside opportunities and risks, product adoption, operational excellence, and business objectives.
- Assist in analysis and presentation of materials for key meetings.
- Collaborate across multiple functions within the Hospitality Division to shape initiatives, drive change, and increase efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality output while handling multiple priorities and limited resources.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modeling to support executive decision making.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative subjects (e.g., Maths, Economics, Engineering, Finance).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAAS or Hospitality industries.
- Proven ability in storytelling and presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage external tools, interests, and research to propose new solutions for familiar problems.
- Problem-solving and analytical experience with large databases, senior relationship management, and projects at consulting or investment banking firms or corporate strategy/operations functions.
