About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives to effectively position our electrolyzer products in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for product positioning and messaging, overseeing product launches and marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling materials and equip the sales team with necessary tools and knowledge to optimize performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Strategist at Ohmium, you will:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to position Ohmium's electrolyzer products effectively, defining target applications and markets, identifying key accounts and projects, and crafting product positioning and messaging.">
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer pain points and needs across different regions and market segments, analyzing competitive dynamics, including product offerings and market positioning.">
  • Evaluate and refine Ohmium's product positioning and marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer requirements.">
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, collaborating with marketing, sales, and external agencies to create compelling launch materials and ensure successful product introductions.">
  • Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, sales presentations, technical specifications, and case studies, ensuring all content is accurate and tailored to customer needs.">
  • Equip the sales team with essential knowledge and tools to effectively market and sell Ohmium's products, developing training materials, conducting competitive product analyses, and sharing customer insights.">
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track market feedback and the effectiveness of product marketing strategies, using this data to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts.">

Requirements

">

To succeed as a Product Marketing Strategist at Ohmium, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Management or equivalent (required)">
  • A Master's degree or MBA (preferred)">
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager working on technically complex platforms (required)">
  • Experience working directly with R&D/Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams (required)">
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions (required)">
  • Cross-organizational relationship building experience (preferred)">
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector a plus">

At Ohmium, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications, as well as a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth opportunities.
