Audit Leadership Role

Job Summary:

  • Lead engagement teams in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and provide recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting matters.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and track engagement budgets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience with a US accounting firm.
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of US Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is required.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize information to make informed recommendations.
  • Capacity to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
