Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial operations across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire finance and accounts function of the company, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/Service Tax (pending matters), statutory compliance, and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly review of financial reports and finalization of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance requirements.
  • Procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and Capex management.
  • Fixed asset management and maintenance.
  • Financial statement variance analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems, preferably Business Central, and knowledge of IGAAP and IND.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
