Accounting and Finance Leadership Role

\

This role involves providing strategic leadership to the accounting and finance functions, driving business growth through effective financial planning and management.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth\
  • Managing budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections\
  • Overseeing financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions\
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members\
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure their development and growth\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance\
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the organization's interests\
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability\
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives\
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to improve financial management and efficiency\
  • Participating in performance reviews and goal-setting for direct reports\
  • Addressing employee concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner\
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies\
  • Supporting the achievement of company-wide goals and objectives\
  • Engaging in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry developments and best practices\
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management\
  • Reporting to the Director/Founder on key financial matters\
  • Preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, ITR etc.\
  • Manage tax compliances like GST, TDS, Income Tax Etc.\
  • Tracking agreements and bank guarantees.\
  • Development of commercial strategy and direction of projects.\
  • Negotiating with customers, suppliers and vendors.\
  • Building and managing customer relationships.\
  • Overseeing the performance of the commercial team.\
  • Monitoring budgeting expenses.\
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks.\
  • Managing payable and receivable of the company.\
  • Managing all branches of the company in terms of accounts and finance.\
  • Dealing with legal works of the company.\
  • Studying/renewing agreements of the company.\
  • Planning and implementing various cost-cutting initiatives.\
