Job Title: Treasury Manager

The primary goal of this role is to ensure effective management of the company's treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.

You will work closely with internal departments to coordinate payment planning and forecasting, and develop strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
  • Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
  • Exposure to corporate treasury operations and investment strategies.
