Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

We drive efficiencies through technology, providing seamless financing and revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare providers.

  • Manage entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Support accounts payable process as needed to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Track, monitor, and report on collection activities, highlighting delays or issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AR Process Management: Oversee AR processes, including invoicing, record-keeping, and collections.
  • AP Coordination: Support AP process to maintain cash flow and vendor relationships.
  • Revenue Collection: Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payments.
  • Tracking and Monitoring: Track and report on collection activities, highlighting delays or issues.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in AR processes, with hands-on experience in collections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer follow-ups.
  • Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
