Technical Program Management Opportunity:

As a seasoned technical professional, we seek an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional projects and roadmaps within our Engineering organization. This key role operates at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging your expertise to foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to refine product strategy and development initiatives
  • Provide hands-on program management throughout the project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
  • Drive process improvements across teams and functions to maintain high performance standards
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and tasks
  • Execute Scrum Master duties utilizing agile methodologies and scrum practices
  • Assist teams in understanding agile and scrum frameworks
  • Participate in and facilitate roadmapping, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and scrum of scrums
  • Help teams balance dependencies between performance, efficiency, and product functionality
  • Map project dependencies and relationships, coordinating efforts across organizations and verticals
  • Communicate status and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as an active Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience developing, coaching, or managing teams
