India Benefits Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage end-to-end employee benefits processes in India.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee benefits, including National Pension Scheme (NPS) enrollments, advances, reimbursements, health and insurance enrollments and claims, vendor invoicing, and meal and fuel card programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end employee benefits processes, including NPS enrollments, advances, reimbursements, health and insurance enrollments and claims.
  • Vendor invoicing and managing meal and fuel card programs.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in India benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Workday / ServiceNow is mandatory.
  • Exceptional command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to lead meetings and engage employees effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
