Employer Branding Strategist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Strategist to join our team. As an Employer Branding Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to attract top talent in the financial services sector.

This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of leadership hiring and employer branding expertise. You will work closely with internal teams to create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends and be able to monitor competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive. You will also be responsible for organizing job fairs, campus events, and other talent acquisition initiatives, as well as developing relationships with external branding agencies and partners.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must have excellent communication and creative skills to craft engaging content and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
