About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and creative Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that elevate multiple brands, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and overall customer experience. You'll manage a team, oversee campaigns, and work closely with clients to deliver impactful solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies in alignment with business objectives.

Lead the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Manage a cluster of brands with a team of managers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, media, and performance) to ensure unified brand communication.

Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand positioning.

Handle crisis communication effectively to protect brand reputation.

Create and deliver compelling verbal, written, and visual presentations for internal and client use.

Maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance to address brand challenges.

Think proactively about client problems and provide innovative solutions.

Skills Set

Brand Strategy and Campaign Execution expertise.

Strong Leadership and Workflow Management skills.

Proficiency in communication across verbal, written, and visual formats.

Ability to create impactful and persuasive presentations.

Effective Communication and Crisis Management skills.

Experience in managing multiple brands (12–13 accounts) with smooth operational handling.

Analytical thinking to anticipate client needs and offer problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or strategy roles.

Proven track record in managing multiple brands and leading teams.
