As an Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless onboarding and enrollment of employees under group insurance schemes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and enrolment processes for employees

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into insurance and internal systems
  • Manage mid-term additions, deletions, and endorsement requests
  • Conduct awareness sessions or webinars for employees on insurance benefits and claim processes
  • Troubleshoot queries and coordinate with insurance partners to resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed records of enrolments, timelines, and discrepancies

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, HR services, or employee benefits domain
  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and insurance or CRM tools
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience handling high-volume data processing
  • IRDAI license (or willingness to acquire one)

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a broker or insurance tech startup
  • Exposure to working with enterprise clients or large-scale employee groups
