Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Placement Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing placement opportunities for students in the IT domain, monitoring student life cycles, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Identify major employers in the IT sector for urban placement opportunities;
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students;
  • Visit company Directors and HR heads for manpower requirements and placement tie-ups;
  • Conduct job market studies and maintain students' databases;
  • Provide briefing to students on job openings and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance;
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates;
  • Desire to work with marginalized communities.
