Employment-Based Immigration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Employment-Based Immigration Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Assist in managing a high-volume caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s, by drafting, reviewing, and editing case documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work, while communicating effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report to legal teams and managers on case progression and status, and liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Exhibit strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments, identify delays in the process, and prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain records and carry out consistent case tracking and management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law, particularly with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • A strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and elite prioritization skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are preferred.
